　　新生源集团实施“政府深度合作框架下的科技园公共服务平台体系的蓝海战略”，与全国重点科技园区合作，整合区域资源，建立新药研发链式公共服务平台，为新药项目的产业化实现提供全面解决方案和一站式专业服务。集团正在与国内多家生物医药园区政府建立合作关系，进行园区新药研发公共服务平台合作运营,其中中国医药城新药研发公共服务平台已经顺利运营。未来三年计划完成总额16.6亿元人民币的投资，合作建设区域性新药研链式发公共服务平台，形成高效集成、资源共享、集约配置、区域联动的网络化运营机制，建立规模化的药物研发创新体系。
